Celebrant Services -
Designed Just For You

Conventional weddings and civil partnerships take place at registry offices, religious ceremony sites (i.e. churches) and specific licensed locations - and all of these events stick to a defined format.

But you have other options.

The only legal requirement in the USA to register a marriage or civil partnership -- and get that coveted signed certificate -- is a marriage license; proof of age (18 years old, or have written consent of a parent or guardian); be no nearer of kin than second cousins or cousins of half-blood; and not having a husband or wife living. Identification proving your name and age is required.

The rest is ceremonial. Say some ‘Declaratory words’ and ‘Contracting Words' in the presence of a licensed celebrant and a witness (who could be a complete stranger to you), have the certificate signed, send it off within ten days -- and, congratulations, you have successfully tied the knot.

Fees

The fee for your ceremony ranges from $200 – $550.

The fees vary and based on consultation, scripting, the length and complexity of your ceremony, travel requirements, and the location and date of the ceremony. Pricing
reflects the time spent making sure that your wedding ceremony is customized and personalized.
